RENTAL RESERVATION & NO-REFUND POLICY

Once rental dates and times are confirmed and booked with Glacier Ridge Sports Park, the reservation is considered final and non-refundable. The Renter is financially responsible for the full rental amount associated with all reserved dates and times, regardless of whether the Renter ultimately uses the facility.

No refunds, credits, cancellations, or reductions in rental fees will be provided for unused or cancelled rental time, including cancellations due to scheduling conflicts, changes in participation, team or organizational decisions, weather affecting the Renter's ability to attend, or other circumstances outside the control of Glacier Ridge Sports Park.

Glacier Ridge Sports Park reserves the booked dates and times exclusively for the Renter and may decline other rental opportunities based upon that commitment. Accordingly, all contracted rental dates, times, and fees remain due and payable once the rental schedule has been confirmed.

If Glacier Ridge Sports Park is unable to provide the facility for a scheduled rental due to a facility closure or other circumstance within its control, Glacier Ridge Sports Park may, at its discretion, provide comparable replacement rental time or a credit for the affected rental period.

Thank you for submitting your rental agreement to Glacier Ridge Sports Park.

Once your rental agreement has been received and reviewed, a Glacier Ridge Sports Park representative will contact you with payment instructions. Full payment must be received within five (5) days of receiving payment instructions in order to secure your requested rental dates and times.

Please note that your requested dates and times are not considered confirmed or reserved until payment has been received. Once payment is received and the rental is confirmed, all rental fees are non-refundable.
