Welcome to Parent Coordination. Your portion of the retainer is due at the first appointment. Please use this link and make the required retainer.

If you pay in cash, you may drop it off at my office. Please email me to discuss. Your retainer is $4000.00 and must be paid immediately.

When the retainer is close to being depleted, a reminder will be emailed to replenish the retainer.

Please provide completed forms immediately, and prior to the first appointment along with contact information for other professionals involved with your family (therapists, GAL, etc.) Please also consider having a list of goals for parenting coordination. All documents and payments must be made prior to the first session.

The first sessions will be held individually. If you have any documentation that you would like me to review, please provide that to me at this time.

Services are billed at an hourly rate of $255.00 per hour and covers: individual or joint sessions, records review, email review, document preparation, meetings outside the parenting coordinator's office including travel, telephone conferences (billed in 15-minute intervals) and consultation with other professionals. After hours (evenings and weekends) and emergency sessions are billed at $355.00 per hour.
