By enrolling in the DMS Level Up Academy, you agree to a minimum six (6) month membership commitment, which provides full access to the DMS Level Up Academy App and all benefits included with your selected membership level. Membership fees are billed automatically each month and are non-refundable. After the initial six-month commitment, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until cancelled with at least 30 days' written notice prior to your next billing date.

Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. If your membership includes in-person training, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice will be forfeited. All training materials, videos, and content within the DMS Level Up Academy are the exclusive property of Doug Miller Soccer and may not be copied or shared. By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation in training activities is at your own risk and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
